Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Coach to join our team, focusing on upskilling and onboarding new lenders to achieve performance objectives.

The successful candidate will deliver coaching support to new-to-bank and experienced lenders, identifying technical capability gaps and developing solutions in partnership with local managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing continuous improvement opportunities for procedures and processes
  • Driving alignment to operating policies and procedures

To be successful, the candidate will bring:

  • Significant experience in lending, banking sales, or credit assessment, with a sound knowledge of banking regulations and practices
  • Proven coaching skills developed within fast-paced banking teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ability to lead/facilitate group discussions and identify business opportunities
  • Exceptional coaching skills with a track record of building skills in others
