We're seeking a seasoned Credit Assessor to join our Business Banking team and contribute to our expansion strategy.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in business banking and credit. As a key member of the assessment team, you'll mentor and coach colleagues, providing input and driving automation improvements in commercial credit.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Comprehensive lending and credit skills, with experience in business/commercial lending
  • Well-developed financial analysis skills and understanding of financial statements
  • Ability to research, identify, and evaluate potential risks and mitigate them
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations governing loans in Australia
  • A passion for change and continuous improvement
  • Experience with digital lending platforms beneficial
