About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at T2 Tea in Belconnen.
As a key member of our management team, you will assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store, including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
You will be responsible for coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless shopping experiences throughout the store.
Additionally, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing controllable costs for the store.
In the absence of a Store Manager on duty, you will lead the store and team.
You will also be responsible for supporting the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
Furthermore, you will encourage development within the team by providing timely feedback.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills, and previous experience as a team leader or manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team and manage day-to-day store operations
- Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing controllable costs
- Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty
- Support the training of the team
- Encourage development within the team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a team leader or manager
- Great communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
