Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a passionate and engaged guest experience team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional customer service and a culture of innovation. You will develop and execute plans through engagement with our leadership team and key stakeholders. With strong business acumen, experience in sales, and delivering exceptional customer service, you will continue to drive the overall experience of our guests.

Key Accountabilities
  • Meet monthly new member and program enrolment targets and associated KPIs.
  • Meet monthly retail budgets and stock control KPIs.
  • Maintain NPS and mystery shop scores in line with KPIs adopted by Belgravia Leisure.
  • Work with and support the Centre Manager to implement corrective action plans, specifically related to meeting monthly membership and program enrolment targets.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • National Police Check.
  • Working with Vulnerable People.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
  • Legal working rights in Australia.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including superannuation, paid annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
