As a Graduate Total Account Manager, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across our full product and service portfolio.
Our team is dedicated to delivering complete solutions to customers through our Total Account Management approach. We are looking for a motivated, coachable and customer-focused individual who is passionate about customer engagement and has a desire to launch their career in sales.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, and up to 1–2 years of professional experience. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities, engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote tailored solutions, and assisting with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals.
