About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business development and customer service. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and promoting our services to attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to qualified customer enquiries and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  2. Build and manage a customer pipeline and contact database to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.

  3. Coordinate application and onboarding documentation for new customers to ensure seamless transitions and positive customer experiences.

  4. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, families, carers, service providers, and community members to promote our services and build trust.

  5. Develop and implement strategies to promote our services to attract new customers and track enquiry outcomes for reporting purposes.

  6. Identify regional opportunities and communicate them through clear and concise reporting to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field to demonstrate your expertise and knowledge.

  • At least 3 years' experience in business or customer service management to showcase your skills and capabilities.

  • Proven background in customer-facing roles within values-driven organisations to demonstrate your commitment to excellence.

  • Strong community engagement and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and drive business growth.

  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences, to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.
