We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Leader to lead our team and drive growth in the Building and Construction sectors.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering on customer expectations. They will also be expected to update major customers with performance data, develop corrective action plans as needed, and showcase Makita's products through demos, trade shows, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Travel across Sydney and Australia to lead, mentor, and coach the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience within the building and construction sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working independently.
- Tech-savvy in MS Office.
