Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
The Role:
This critical position involves providing administrative support, scheduling services, and managing day-to-day operations. If you have experience as a service technician and are looking to transition into an office-based role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Collaborate with the Scheduler to schedule service requests, installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Project Management Support: Maintain accurate records of all service jobs, warranties, and services
- Administrative Support: Manage emails, lodge warranties, print orders, and perform general data entry
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Problem-Solving: Utilize your field experience to anticipate potential issues and create proactive solutions to enhance efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Construction: Hands-on experience as a service technician with a strong understanding of construction workflows
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and experience with documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Scheduling Expertise: Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Great Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed
