Global Strategic HR Leader

We're seeking an experienced Global Vice President of People and Culture who will lead the development and implementation of human resources initiatives across multiple countries. This individual will oversee a global team of HR professionals, work closely with regional leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive strategic people decisions.

  • Develop and implement global HR strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and values while accounting for regional differences and nuances.
  • Lead and mentor regional HR leaders to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across all locations.
  • Oversee global performance management processes, employee development programs, and talent planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a Senior HR Management role, providing comprehensive support to senior leadership teams. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
