Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leaders to provide expert HR guidance and support.
- Lead the development of recruitment processes that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Manage employee performance and succession planning to drive business success.
- Provide strategic advice on employee relations and compliance.
- Support workplace injury management and ensure fair processes.
- Implement global HR initiatives to enhance business operations.
- Oversee HR data integrity and collaborate with Payroll for seamless employee lifecycle processes.
- Drive HR projects, policy reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in retail or wholesale environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday experience is highly regarded).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to advise and coach leaders at all levels.
