Global People Manager

As a key member of our global Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience across Australia and Singapore. Your primary role will be to oversee all aspects of Human Resources, ensuring seamless experiences for our employees at every stage.

You will partner closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and success. This will include workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and success.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Lead and advise on change initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years' progressive HR generalist or business partnering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role and people leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven success partnering with teams in global and matrixed environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, modern awards, and compliance.
  • Track record of balancing strategic influence with hands-on delivery.
