This full-time position as a Client Services Administrator at our Eight Mile Plains office requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of weekly timesheets from Simpro software.
- End-of-month reporting and invoicing tasks.
- Maintenance of project logs and effective communication with account managers.
- Scheduling of works and management of client portal documentation.
- Data entry and validation of supplier invoices through Kofax software.
- Creation of purchase orders and jobs/jobs folders.
- Filing of electronic documents.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with strong decision-making, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Package:
A competitive salary will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
