Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly effective and skilled educator who embodies the ethos of our school. The successful candidate will be able to create a motivating and engaging learning environment through varied teaching strategies and sound pedagogical practices.

About This Role
  • We seek an individual who can facilitate safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practice.
  • A strong ability to manage behaviour is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling them to communicate effectively and respectfully with students, colleagues, parents/carers and community members.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have a 4-year training qualification in teaching.
