Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Professional.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that foster the growth and development of children aged 0-5 years.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to build and maintain a stimulating and supportive learning environment that promotes children's educational and personal growth.

About You
  • You hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • You have a solid understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working within an early childhood service, providing exceptional care and education to young children
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check is essential
  • You also hold a First Aid certificate
The Role
  • You will work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and challenging programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver professional learning opportunities that enhance staff skills and knowledge
