We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our distributor partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans with our distributors, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings with distributors to explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and initiatives.
- Establish a set communication schedule to discuss upcoming and ongoing key account programs.
- Develop annual business plans with distributors, including organization requirements, distribution, volume, execution, investments, and other KPIs.
- Engage and influence all levels of the distributor's business to gain buy-in to business plans.
- Develop knowledge of key account systems and how they relate to distributors, proactively using out-of-stock analysis to ensure proper merchandising is in place.
- Hold distributors accountable for data submission into Red Bull systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Share and enforce guidelines with regards to Red Bull's inventory policy, provide ongoing feedback relative to distributor performance against objectives and KPIs.
- 7+ years FMCG sales experience, within food services.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability.
- Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
