About the Role

The National Key Account Manager will be the primary contact and representative nationally for accounts in the 3PL division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure account planning and management is implemented through regular performance monitoring.
  • Ensure effective price management for accounts through appropriate price rises and managing credits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and deliver on budgeted targets.
  • Develop and present winning customer value propositions to key accounts.
  • Ensure all key stakeholders and direct customers within the target segments are satisfied.
  • Complete sales reports and other administration tasks where required.

About You

  • 4+ years' experience across the 3PL industry.
  • Exceptional customer service couple with strong communicational skills.
  • Account Management experience handling tier 1 clients.
  • Ability to work in teams and autonomously.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of pricing / margin.
  • Experience negotiating and managing contracts.
