Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Telstra's products and services to offer informed advice to customers
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products
  • Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
