Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Management Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a central role in managing and coordinating workers compensation claims, ensuring efficient claims management and improving outcomes.

You will be responsible for the lodgement and ongoing administration of workers compensation claims, collaborating closely with the claims management team to support injury management and improve claims outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will liaise with and respond to queries from various stakeholders, including workers, managers, solicitors, investigators, doctors, and treatment providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lodgement and ongoing administration of workers compensation claims.
  • Maintain information systems required for efficient claims management.
  • Collaborate with the claims management team to support injury management and improve claims outcomes.
  • Liaise with and respond to queries from various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in complex payroll operations and claims management.
  • Knowledge and experience applying current NSW workers compensation legislative requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
