Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Claims Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process, delivering high-quality results and supporting injured workers in their safe and timely return to work.

  • Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for injured workers and the organization.
  • Apply knowledge of legislation to assess liability, coordinate treatment, and facilitate sustainable return-to-work plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, treating practitioners, and external providers to drive proactive claims management.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
