As a Senior Claims Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional claims experience. Your responsibilities will include managing complex and sensitive claims from start to finish, providing technical expertise to colleagues, and collaborating with external service providers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively handling high-risk claims and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Providing specialist advice on policy coverage, liability, and quantum
  • Maintaining claim reserves in line with industry guidelines and best practices

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Financial Lines or Professional Indemnity Claims
  • Prior experience mentoring colleagues in technical claims roles
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or insurance (e.g., Diploma in Financial Services General Insurance)
