Lodge new insurance claims for customers and intermediaries by assessing coverage through questioning, policy interpretation, and informed decisions.
Elevate the customer experience by setting clear expectations and effectively communicating claim management strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Negotiate collection of customer excess with a focus on educating clients about payment options. Ensure financial outcomes align with claims costs while demonstrating accountability.
Manage customer enquiries regarding existing claims, prioritizing cost management and progressing claims within agreed timeframes to maximize efficiency.
Ensure accurate information dissemination to customers based on in-depth knowledge of claim policies and processes. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Decision making within policy guidelines to deliver optimal results for customers and the organization.
