Job Overview

The Commercial Manager role plays a vital part in delivering intricate defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia's future.

This position offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Develop and execute Contract Management Plans, tools, and processes.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of contract obligations.
  • Coordinate Commonwealth representation in key contract meetings and reviews.
  • Manage contract deliverables, milestone certifications, and change proposals.
  • Support resolution of contractual issues, claims, and disputes.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
  • Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be an inherent requirement.
