Optimizing Injury Outcomes Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in optimizing claims outcomes and providing exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

This permanent position involves working closely with our National Manager for Injury Management and Programs to develop and implement strategies for reducing human and financial costs associated with claims. You will work collaboratively with our claims operations and treatment providers to ensure positive claimant experiences and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of the injury management program through excellent customer experience and meeting compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with the injury management team to ensure consistent and positive claimant experiences
  • Collaborate with claims operations and treatment providers to develop strategies for reducing human and financial costs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve claim outcomes across the business
  • Establish and maintain provider management relationships to support the business
  • Coach and mentor claims teams to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Develop leadership skills and contribute to strengthening our injury management framework
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages innovation and teamwork
