  • Drive business excellence in customer experience and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Collaborate with the injury management team to provide a consistent and positive claimant experience
  • Work with claims operations and treatment providers to develop strategies for reducing costs
  • Maintain relationships with external partners to support business growth
  • Contribute to the development of our injury management framework
