
Expert Claims Service Consultant Wanted

Key Responsibilities:- Identify claims that do not fall within policy scope, ensuring accurate outcomes.
- Liaise with stakeholders on dispute resolution and outcome discussions.
- Draft documentation for stakeholders when required.
- Develop customer relationships to meet their needs, delivering positive experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance guidelines, legislation, and court decisions to inform policy recommendations.
- Proven experience in complex customer service environments.
- Ability to optimise business value through high-quality services and customer experiences.
- Technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, decision-making, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
