Senior Claims Service Consultant Opportunity

This is a chance to pursue a senior claims service consultant role, working with diverse clients and cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify claims that do not fall within policy scope, ensuring accurate outcomes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on dispute resolution and outcome discussions.
  • Draft documentation for stakeholders when required.
  • Develop customer relationships to meet their needs, delivering positive experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance guidelines, legislation, and court decisions to inform policy recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in complex customer service environments.
  • Ability to optimise business value through high-quality services and customer experiences.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, decision-making, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
