Job Opportunity: Senior Claims Service Consultant

The primary responsibility of the Senior Claims Service Consultant is to scrutinize and identify claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring accurate outcomes. This role requires a thorough review of complex customer service environments to ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Prepare and draft appropriate documentation for stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop customer relationships to understand and meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation, recommending policy changes for continuous improvement and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in claims management within a complex customer service environment.
  • Possession of technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
  • High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
