The primary purpose of this role is to manage the Motor Accident Compensation Scheme's interstate common law claims portfolio, promoting early resolution through case management and recovery options.
">- Manage claims for individuals injured in motor accidents in the Northern Territory on behalf of MACC.
- Manage claims for individuals injured in motor accidents interstate who have an entitlement under the Motor Accidents (Compensation) Act (NT).
- Oversee the recovery claims, identifying and pursuing relevant recovery options under applicable legislation.
- Maintain strategic collaboration and case management to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ability to interpret legislation and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and emerging technologies.
