We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support FIT reservations by processing individual bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting guests with booking queries.
  • Handle all aspects of group bookings, from initial inquiries to final confirmations, coordinating with various departments to ensure that group-specific requirements are met.
  • Assist with rooming lists, create new group bookings, and reply to travel agents regarding inbound groups.
  • Provide a high level of service to both group and individual guests, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at all stages of the booking process.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless handling of group and FIT reservations, maintaining clear communication to ensure accurate reservation details and guest requests are conveyed.
  • Act as a point of contact for any group reservation-related issues, resolving problems efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a reservations role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with reservation systems and software, preferably Opera.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
