Property Asset Coordinator

As a Property Asset Coordinator with UGL, you will be responsible for managing high-risk corrective maintenance activities and delivering the 3 Year Major Works Plan (3MWP) across the Country Regional Network (CRN).
You will work closely with the Property and Facilities Manager to ensure a fit-for-purpose, compliant, and safe portfolio of property assets. This includes engaging contractors and suppliers in a compliant manner to carry out works and services that meet the requirements of CRN operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of high-risk complex reactive maintenance to ensure continuity of service and adherence to safety protocols, punctuality, budget, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee the delivery of 3MWP property projects in accordance with procedures, ensuring minimal defects
- Review inspection program findings with regional services managers, identify risks, and implement controls, including corrective maintenance of leased properties
- Optimize work allocation to subcontractors and ensure smooth delivery of contract services
- Familiarize yourself with external stakeholder approval processes, including submission of development applications, engaging heritage consultants, and completing Office of Environment and Heritage exemption applications
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and capability, identifying areas for improvement
We are seeking an experienced professional gained in a safety-critical environment, such as rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics, or any other relevant field. Past experience in heritage refurbishment is desirable.
A general knowledge of the building industry, scope development, material identification, and supervision and management of subcontractors is essential. A Rail Industry Workers (RIW) card or willingness to obtain is also required.

Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
