We are seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to oversee the operational performance of our prestigious A-Grade asset in Sydney CBD.

This 6-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact, providing operational support to the General Manager and contributing to the long-term success of the assets under management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Ensure optimal operational performance of the asset portfolio, maximising performance, assisting with leasing and tenant retention strategies, managing the leasing and lease renewal process, ensuring lessee compliance, and working closely with the Facilities Team.
  • Leadership: Display integrity and leadership qualities to promote high performance within the team.
  • Risk Management: Comply with all legislative, internal/external risk, and compliance requirements, and promote Investa's WHS&E and Sustainability practices.
  • Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budget plans, provide monthly reports, manage rental billing and rent reviews, and ensure accurate tenancy data recording.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and execute effective tenant communication plans, manage tenant relations, oversee high-level customer service delivery, promote Investa's sustainability platform, and participate in industry bodies/events.

The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified in property or a related discipline with a career history not less than 5 years in commercial property management. Numerate and competent in financial and property management systems with advanced skills in Excel.

Demonstrates extensive experience in commercial Property Management, proven people management experience, and demonstrated ability to communicate with various stakeholders. Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is on offer for this role, depending on experience.
