We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Strategist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our Asset Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our portfolio management strategy and driving value creation across our Australian properties.

About the Role:

  • Create and implement asset strategies that align with investor goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models (DCF) to ensure consistency with investor strategies.
  • Analyze commercial leasing deals and conduct internal valuation analysis to maximize returns.
  • Maintain relationships with property managers, ensuring adherence to best management practices and resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Contribute to marketing and letting strategies, working closely with internal teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Support the delivery of Capex projects, refurbishment, or development programs, collaborating with internal and external advisors.
  • Provide analytical and presentation support on ad-hoc strategic topics.

Your Profile:

  • Hold an undergraduate degree in business, finance, or real estate (or equivalent).
  • Possess 3-8 years' experience in the real estate sector, preferably in asset & investment management.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of local real estate markets and financial techniques related to real estate investments.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team, and autonomous work style.
  • Showcase strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities.

  • A competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $140,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
