The Role: Senior Property Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our Asset Management Services Team, regarded as a leader in the provision of property management services to some of Australia's most respected institutional and corporate clients. Your success will hinge on your ability to provide superior client service, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve set objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional results through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, operational staff, and clients, to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Lead a team of property managers and junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the financial performance of the assets, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and providing actionable recommendations to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of [Salary] per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits package.
- Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property)
- Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration
- Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite
- Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail
- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team
- Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously
- Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports
