About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Marketing Coordinator to join our NSW Development Team based in our Rhodes office. As a key member of our team, you will assist with the administration of planning and execution of marketing activities across our NSW Projects.

This is a 12-month parental leave contract opportunity that offers plenty of professional development chances. You will work closely with our State Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns, manage project websites and social media platforms, and ensure all media, sales, and marketing materials are of high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing activities across NSW projects, including campaign development, project website management, and social media content creation
  • Assist the Project Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing plans, ensuring timely placement of advertising and accurate POS, merchandising, and sales support materials
  • Manage CRM reporting, list extraction, and administration, providing monthly reports on lead volumes and conversions
  • Regularly visit sales offices, attend sales and marketing meetings, and contribute to the growth of the team through your skills and experience

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in property development or real estate, with digital marketing and social media skills
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM principles
  • Advanced written communication skills, including copywriting and editing, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite
