Technical Support Specialist

As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and colleagues across Australia. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely and effective support, and minimizing disruptions.

Job Description:
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to internal teams and external customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems using various tools and resources.
  • Document solutions to frequently encountered issues and contribute to building a knowledge base.
  • Communicate effectively with users to gather information, provide updates, and offer guidance on resolving common problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous helpdesk experience is essential, with enterprise experience highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in onboarding/offboarding and access management.
  • IT certifications are highly regarded.
