
Technical Support Specialist

As a technical professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support.
This position involves working onsite at customer venues, deploying and configuring software and hardware, as well as managing client interactions using our call management system.
- Provide pre and post installation support for our Venue Management Systems, Applications, and Web-based products.
- Build and install software on machines (Electronic Gaming Machines, Workstations, Servers).
- Liaise with customers to provide a high level of service and build strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess:
