Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering technical support and service excellence across customer sites.

You will work closely with the Service Manager and wider Field Services team to provide a full range of technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic gaming machines.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on support and professional service that aligns with industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently across multiple customer sites
