Job Title: Cluster Reservations Expert

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reservation Management: Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email, or mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Guest Needs: Identify guest reservation needs and determine the most suitable room type based on availability and rate.
  3. Room Verification: Verify the availability of rooms and rates to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  4. Cancellation Policies: Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers clearly and concisely.
  5. Special Requests: Accommodate and document special requests to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  6. Property Information: Answer questions about property facilities and services, as well as room accommodations, to provide guests with relevant information.
  7. Sales Techniques: Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
  8. Data Entry: Input and access data in the reservation system to maintain accurate records.
  9. Escalation Procedures: Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
