Key Account Sales Manager & Event Coordinator Role
Overview:
As a Key Account Sales Manager & Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional event experiences across our cluster of hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to drive meetings, events, and group business, leveraging strong relationships with key corporate accounts, agencies, and event organizers.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, conducting regular client meetings, sales calls, and hotel site inspections to secure new business and grow repeat accounts.
- Collaborate closely with revenue management to optimize pricing, availability, and packages for MICE business, ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings across cluster properties.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with operational, F&B, revenue, and reservations teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in hotel sales, preferably in a cluster or multi-property role, with a strong understanding of MICE sales and event management.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
