Job Description:

You will mentor Site Managers, supporting their growth and facilitating the implementation of annual work plans. Your focus will be on empowering Site Managers, driving process improvements, building a risk-aware culture, and ensuring clients feel safe and supported in achieving their independent living goals.

Key responsibilities include guiding teams, mentoring Site Managers, and travelling to SIL homes within your cluster to maintain safe, supportive homes and strong client support networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, restrictive practices, and risk management principles.
