The role of Cluster Revenue Manager is a key position in the team, responsible for leading the charge in creating a seamless and efficient reservations experience.

  • Oversee all aspects of the Reservations Department, from FIT bookings to internal communication, ensuring every detail is managed with precision and care.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Services Team to maximize yield, balance inventory, and optimize distribution across all channels in line with strategic revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with operational and functional teams to establish a guest-first, solutions-driven approach, ensuring every inquiry is handled seamlessly and every opportunity to enhance revenue is captured.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate profiles for statistical data and accuracy of reservations.
  • Driving a culture of loyalty recognition, ensuring all Priority Guest Rewards members receive exemplary service at all times.
  • Developing rapport with regular guests, clients, and VIPs.
  • Managing responses to all online guest feedback.

Accountabilities include:

  • Reservations team members.
  • Commercial Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration/Hospitality Diploma.
  • Three years' experience in Reservations or Front Office management in an upscale hotel with complexity and multiple revenue streams.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the establishment, the brand, and the industry.
  • Comprehension of Hotel systems and revenue management principles.
  • Be an effective communicator who is flexible and adaptable to change.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
