Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to lead the Revenue Team, guaranteeing adherence to established standards and procedures.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a mentor, providing guidance and training to Reservations Team Members to ensure they comply with hotel policies and protocols.
  • Fostering open communication to set and achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of bookings in the Property Management System (PMS) to optimize back-to-back bookings and monitor room availability.
  • Crafting personalized group booking experiences that meet client expectations and special requirements.
  • Compiling data on special accounts and travel agency statistics for precise sales reporting purposes.
