Family Violence Practice Manager

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Violence Practice Manager to lead our Specialist Family Violence Court team at Heidelberg Magistrates' Court.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and supervision to support the delivery of the Specialist Family Violence Court model
- Lead a team of specialist family violence practitioners working with affected family members and respondents
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and court reforms
- Develop and implement a specialist family violence response within a court setting
- Provide practice leadership and supervision to achieve consistent practice aligned with organisational and professional standards
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related therapeutic discipline such as social work, psychology, or social sciences
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of family violence, including drivers, risks, and issues that can exacerbate family violence risk
- Proven track record in managing and leading specialist family violence staff and teams in complex organisational environments
