Family Violence Practice Manager, Heidelberg Magistrates' Court

The Magistrates Court of Victoria is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Violence Practice Manager to lead our Specialist Family Violence Court model at Heidelberg and Broadmeadows Courts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide supervision and leadership to support delivery of the Specialist Family Violence Court model
- Lead a team of specialist family violence practitioners working with Affected Family Members and Respondents
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria has expanded its Specialist Family Violence Services team of Family Violence Applicant and Respondent Practitioners based at various court locations across the state.
What You'll Need- A relevant tertiary qualification in a related therapeutic discipline such as social work, psychology, or social sciences
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Family Violence including drivers, risks and issues that can exacerbate family violence risk
- A proven track record in managing and leading specialist family violence staff and teams in complex organisational environments
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state.
