Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service on phones, emails, and in person.
  • Triage phone calls and manage bookings for consultations, boarding, and surgery as per protocol.
  • Perform administration duties, including client and patient data management, financial transactions, and processing insurance claims.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized front of house.
  • Assist in IT management and problem-solving, as well as stock management and deliveries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of veterinary customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and caring work ethic.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude.
