Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in providing evidence-based, person-centred and outcome-focused positive behaviour support to NDIS participants.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualised support plans that reflect the needs, goals and passions of each participant.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support services that promote independence, choice and control for people with behaviours of concern.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement effective support strategies.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Current suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Proficient or Advanced level.
  • Significant experience in providing support to people with behaviours of concern.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
