Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our healthcare team as a Healthcare Support Specialist.

This role is ideal for those with an Allied Health qualification or equivalent, and/or relevant experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong verbal communication skills for liaising with other health professionals and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ensuring accurate case recording and statistics through highly-developed written communication skills
  • Working with a diverse range of people in the community
  • Implementing engaging and client-centred individual and group activities

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to providing an innovative, high-quality service to clients
  • Positive approach to teamwork and willingness to undertake a broad range of clinical and non-clinical duties

The successful candidate will also demonstrate ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice and quality improvement.
