Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Clinician to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced clinician who can provide expert care to children, adolescents, and their families with mental health issues and developmental disabilities. As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering direct expert care, offering consultation and support to other teams, and providing clinical leadership to multidisciplinary staff.

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the complex needs of clients.
  • Provide individualized care to each client, taking into account their unique circumstances and requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in CAMHS.

About You

  • You have a degree or equivalent qualification in your respective discipline.
  • You have demonstrated experience in developmental disability and child and adolescent mental health work.
  • You possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate workflow and motivate team members.
  • You have highly developed skills in communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • You can apply specialist skills to resolve complex clinical problems.
