VenuesWest is a leading provider of entertainment and sports venues in Western Australia.
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Admin Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business improvements, purchasing, and supporting the Assistant Manager Customer Service in managing customer feedback and complaint resolution.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administrative support, office procedures, procurement, and accounts processing. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to research, interpret, analyse, and communicate information effectively.
In this role, you will be required to assist in maintaining and updating operational procedures, managing administrative databases, and supporting special projects. You will also oversee purchasing and invoicing for the Customer Service Branch, liaise with suppliers, and ensure uniform and equipment needs are met.
As part of your responsibilities, you will coordinate group bookings, process lost property claims, and contribute to enhancing the passenger experience on Transperth trains.
You will work closely with the Assistant Manager Customer Service to manage customer feedback and complaint resolution. You will also be the key point of contact for coordinating group bookings across the suburban rail network.
