About Our Team

We are a dynamic team at Verbrec, seeking an Administration Officer to provide administrative support to our training centre. The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of quality service by providing administrative assistance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the training centre, including answering telephone calls and customer inquiries.
  • Support the office with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Manage student data, including enrolments, funding contracts, results, attendance, and award issuance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in administration, preferably in a training or education setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
