Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team of consultants and quality assurance officers, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of medicolegal reports, WorkCover forms, and other general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with consultants, team members, and customers to deliver excellence in quality and service.
- Download dictation from consultant dictaphones and process files and paperwork after consultations.
- Upload dictation for typing, adhering to turnaround times and consultant preferences.
- Type medicolegal reports using transcription software.
- Finalise reports from electronic versions or paper drafts.
- Formulate WorkCover AMS forms to accompany reports.
- Process files from consultations and out-of-office doctors and upload consultation notes.
Key Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in coordinating and delivering high-quality business administration support.
- Ability to assist challenging consultants, customers, clients or visitors effectively.
- Computer literacy, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
